LUGGAGE We understand that transportation times do not always coincide with check in and checkout times. Luggage storage for guests is subject to availability in the front office. Please ensure luggage is picked up before the office closes. For security reason, please do not leave luggage unattended in the resort. AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS • Pick up the red courtesy phone located on the wall outside of the office. This will automatically connect you to our sister property, The Sands of Kahana. • An agent will check you in and give you a combination to the lock box located next to the red phone. • Inside the lock box you will find an envelope with the same name as your reservation. • Inside the envelope you will find keys to your room and additional resort information. • Please stop by the front desk during business hours the following day to complete your check-in. QUIET HOURS 10pm – 8am We strive to ensure that all guests have a stress free and relaxing vacation. During all other hours, please keep excessive noise to a minimum. WI-FI Internet connection via Wi-Fi is available in your unit only. Please note there is no access to Wi-Fi in common areas such as the lobby or by the pool. Password provided at check-in. For assistance with Wi-Fi connection during business hours call the front desk at ext. 0 and after business hours call our sister resort, Sands of Kahana, at 808.669.0400. SMOKE-FREE POLICY Maui Beach Vacation Club is a smoke-free resort. Smoking of tobacco, marijuana, and electronic vaping is prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and common areas. Evidence of smoking in the resort will result in a $750 cleaning charge. Guest smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area located in the northeast corner of the resort for tobacco and e-cigarettes only. There is a cigarette receptacle for your convenience.
